Managed designers, project personnel, vendors, assemblers, technicians and external support personnel.  Coordinated construction, purchasing facilities at 5 sites, with total control of facilities, equipment and process. All 5 plants started up in 18 months ahead of schedule and under budget. Total project cost was $500M-$950M, with savings of 18% under budget and ahead of schedule by 22%.
Accomplishments: Awarded 6 patents
• Awarded Innovation Initiatives and built 5 mfg. plants and all the process equipment.
• Managed staff of 26 internal personnel, 2500 support external field, and union tradesmen (500 in each plant constructed).
• Designed and coordinated the efforts between development groups and operating divisions.
• Developed, manufactured, and installed the worlds 2nd largest reflective telescope and installed in the Canary Islands.
• Tooling engineer,  designer, and estimator for improvements and modifications to commercialization of specialty machines to have competitive edge in the market.

• Experience in glass systems, bottle molds, inspection and machinery; modifications to glass machines, electronic valve block system.
